Products are shipped within 3 - 4 business days after purchase, if there is a delay by any means, you will be contacted via the email on file.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us at info@mudbunnysoaps.com so we can make it right. Customers may contact us about any order delivered within the past 30 days, and we will complete a resolution regarding the issue with your order in no more than 14 business days of your initial email to us.
